In my gradual process of switching everything to Apple, I have been anticipating the release of the Apple iPad, which is scheduled for release on April 3rd 2010. I currently own an iPhone and a macbook pro, both of which have sold me on Apple products. Apple’s website states, on March 12th you will be able to either pre-order online or reserve your purchase for pickup at an Apple retail store. Best of all, prices start as low as $499.00.

After watching these two videos and viewing the list of features I would expect many of you will be in line with me to purchase this new gadget. Once I receive my purchase I will update with a review. What are your thoughts on the device?
